The Wisconsin Chapter of the IFGS has closed.

The Wisconsin chapter of the International Fantasy Gaming Society (IFGS) was a not-for-profit organization that ran Live Action Roleplaying (LARP) events in the Madison area. Our events were fantasy based, story driven, team games, with a safe light touch boffer combat system and called magic system. Players created their own characters, which persist through multiple games. The society allowed us to offer insurance as well as the ability to take characters to play in the other chapters throughout the country.

Due to a longer period of inactivity and declining interest, the membership of the Wisconsin Chapter of IFGS voted to close itself in October of 2013. There are currently no events planned for the chapter for the foreseeable future. Other chapters around the country are still running events if you are interested in IFGS.
